Laundry service (fees apply)

If you drop off your luggage at the front desk by 10:00 AM, it will be ready in the evening of the same day.
Please fill out the laundry slip, place it in the laundry bag and leave it at the front desk.
If you drop off your luggage after 10:00 AM, it will be ready by the evening of the next business day.

Tsugaru crafts exhibition and sale

We have set up a display and sales corner for Tsugaru crafts in front of the reception desk on the 1st floor.
You can actually hold the products in your hands and appreciate the quality of the handcrafted items.

"Tsugaru Vidro"
We display and sell various items such as sake cups, glasses, tumblers, and vases.

"Tsugaru lacquerware"
We are exhibiting and selling a variety of soup bowls, from those with traditional patterns to colorful and modern designs.

Coin laundry

We have three washer-dryers available on the second floor of the building. They are equipped with a PIN code function for your peace of mind.
Please use our services for long-term business trips, family outings, and washing uniforms during sports training camps.

*Please manage your own laundry. The hotel cannot be held responsible for any loss or mix-ups.

Smoking Room

A smoking room is available on the 2nd floor.
You are free to use it.

Multi-purpose toilet

We have a toilet with handrails, a baby chair, and a baby changing station on the first floor.

This space is available for wheelchair users, people with disabilities, the elderly, and anyone who needs extra room, as well as for changing diapers for young children.
